なぜこのポジションを募集するのか matsuri technologiesは、民泊領域で国内トップクラスのシェアを確立し、 現在はオペレーション品質を磨き込み、事業価値を最大化する成長フェーズにあります。 特に大阪エリアは、インバウンド需要の回復を背景に、 レビュー評価・稼働率・収益を左右する最重要拠点です。 これまでに蓄積してきたレビュー・運営データを活用し、 「高評価レビューが積み上がる大阪モデル」を完成させ、 将来的なエリア展開を牽引いただくリーダー候補を募集しています。 業務内容 ①レビュー分析・改善設計 OTAレビューを定量・定性の両面から分析し、ゲストの不満・要望を構造化。 物件起因の課題については既存社員と連携し、実行可能な改善策へ落とし込む。 ②現場オペレーションの構築・定着 本社で設計された清掃オペレーションを大阪エリアへ導入・ローカライズ。 清掃パートナーと連携し、品質の標準化と安定運用を実現する。 ②施策立案・実行・効果検証 改善施策の実行後、レビュー点数・予約率等のKPIを継続的にモニタリング。 成果を再現可能な形に仕組み化し、正の改善サイクルを構築する。 ポジションの魅力 1. データ×現場で成果を出す当事者ポジション OTAレビューや予約データを起点に、課題特定から現場改善までを一気通貫で担当。 自身の意思決定が、レビュー評価・収益に直結する手触り感のある役割です。 2. 100億円規模の安定基盤 × 高い裁量 確立された事業基盤と、スタートアップ並みのスピード・裁量を両立。 本社の専門チームと連携しながら、大阪拠点の中核として改善を推進できます。 3. 大阪モデル創出とキャリア拡張 成功事例を「大阪モデル」として型化し、将来的なエリア展開に貢献。 エリアマネージャー・事業責任者への成長機会があります。 matsuri technologiesが目指す世界について 当社は、ミッション「意味ある新産業を創り続ける」のもと、テクノロジーを活用した次世代の不動産運用プラットフォーム「StayX」を展開するスタートアップです。 人口減少・空き家増加、宿泊施設不足、人手不足といった社会課題が深刻化する中で、宿泊・住まいの領域を"社会インフラの新しい形"へ進化させることに挑んでいます。 プロダクト×オペレーションの両輪で事業を推進し、StayXの運営ユニット数は3,500超(国内最大級)、売上も FY23:14.3億円FY25:75.7億円FY26:110億円(計画)と非連続に成長を続けています。 現在は民泊に留まらず、アパートメントホテル・貸別荘への領域拡大、さらに米国NY進出をはじめ海外展開も加速しています。加えて、行政・地域と連携し、業界団体(JAMM)の設立などを通じて、業界を代表し社会と共にルールを創ることにも挑戦しています。 また当社は、今後のさらなる事業成長を見据え IPO準備を進めており、組織・事業ともに次の成長フェーズへ向かっています。 社会にインパクトのある事業を圧倒的なスピードと裁量で前に進めたい方からのご応募をお待ちしております。
必須スキル
分析力、コミュニケーション力、現場 ・泥臭い現場業務を厭わず、率先垂範できるリーダーシップをお持ちの方 ・データに基づいた課題特定と解決策の立案・実行経験 ・未整備な環境(01)において、自ら手を動かし課題解決を楽しめる方(高い当事者意識と行動力) ・本社の専門部署、清掃パートナーと円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力がある方 ・チームマネジメント経験

想定年収 400万円~600万円 ※スキル・ご経験によって変動する場合がございます。 ※固定残業45時間含む(45時間を超える時間外労働分の割増賃金は追加で支給)
