  • 仕事内容

当社の運用部において幅広く運用業務(運用商品の企画、ポートフォリオ運営・管理、レポート作成等)に従事していただきます。

・投資信託の信託財産及び投資一任契約に基づく受託資産の運用の実施

・その他関連する業務(ファンドの資金繰り、リスク管理、運用報告等のレポーティング等)

・その他運用に関わる業務(議決権行使、スチュワードシップ関連業務など)

・市場及び顧客ニーズを踏まえた新しい商品の開発への参画

  • 主な業務内容

・各種パッシブファンドの運用・管理、発注案作成

・アクティブも含めたファンドの資金繰り、ポジションリスク管理、投資銘柄及び候補銘柄のモニタリング

・法定の運用報告書及び月次レポートの運用状況報告の執筆等(商品管理部と連携)

・その他運用に関わる業務(議決権行使、スチュワードシップ関連業務など)

現在、5名の部員で運用しています。

  • 応募資格

《必須要件》

・資産運用経験フロント、ミドル、バック(通算3年以上)

・基本的なPCスキル(エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント、VBA)

・グローバル市場の情報収集やパフォーマンス分析の能力

・顧客向け運用報告および資料作成

・英文ドキュメントの十分な読解能力

・日本語ネイティブレベル

※少人数組織であり、運用の部分のみでなく、企画・マーケティング・オペレーション・開示・規制対応等を積極的に理解し、他人員と協力・連携して行う能力は必須となります。

《歓迎要件》

・日本証券アナリスト協会認定アナリスト(CMA)資格保持者

・米国証券アナリスト(CFA)資格保持者

・ポートフォリオ運営・管理一般に係る知識・経験(資金管理、執行、基本的な投信計理等の知識・経験等)

・インデックス、クオンツアクティブ・ファンドの運用・調査経験

・VBA等のプログラミングスキル(SQL、Pythonなどあればなお良い)

    ※業績により賞与を年 2 回支給(上記想定年収に含む)

8:40~17:00(7時間20分)
・役割により企画業務型裁量労働制が適応可
(みなし労働時間:7時間20分/日)
・業務の都合上、時間外労働が発生する可能性あり
・休憩:11:00~15:00の間で 1 時間
※グループ朝会開催日/週1 8:00~16:20(7時間20分)
※証券HD朝会開催日/週1 8:20~16:40(7時間20分)
