Job Title: Global Human Resources Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities
Global Recruitment
Hiring Branding: Content creation and Posting on the company homepage and SNS sites. Track the number of followers.
- Recruitment Activities: Create job descriptions, consider and implement recruiting methods, negotiate and sign new agreements with overseas recruitment agencies, create marketing content for hiring on webpages and SNS sites, support/participate in hiring invites, hold company presentations, and track the applicants.
- Hiring Process Activities: Screening applicants, conducting first interviews with applicants, conduct aptitude tests, manage/adjust interview schedules, discuss candidates and the recruitment process with managers of overseas locations, negotiate terms and conditions with candidates or recruitment agencies, and create the internal hiring approval documents.
Onboarding: Create the job offer and joining notification, negotiate the joining date, create the employment contract and obtain the necessary signatures, contract the payroll company to set up payroll, and adjust the schedule for onboarding guidance and other training.
Global Human Resources
Human Resources Management: Manage new joiners and those leaving the company, and create the monthly headcount.
- Management of Human Resources System: Manage various human resources systems such as performance evaluation, bonus, sales incentive, salary increase, promotion/transfer, etc.
- Revision of Human Resources System: Plan and propose revisions to the grade (rank) structure, wage structure, etc.
- Create and revise internal company regulations (with Personnel Management Team).
- Research the labor laws, labor litigation precedents and business customs of various countries.
- Handle various labor issues such as labor disputes and lawsuits.
Human Resources support for the establishment of new overseas office.
Education/Training Support of Overseas Subsidiaries
Create education/training materials on corporate vision, mission and philosophy.
- Conduct training to ensure the understanding of the corporate vision, mission and philosophy.
Requirements
- Able to relocate to Kyoto
- Fluent in both Japanese AND English
- 1 year of HR experience
