仕事内容
社内の利用部門、IT担当者、外部の協力会社など、
複数の関係者とやり取りしながら、
プロジェクト全体を円滑に進めるサポート業務を担当していただきます。
開発や技術作業を行うポジションではなく、
情報の整理や伝達、進行状況の管理など、
「間に立って支える役割」がメインのお仕事です。
具体的には、
- 各部門からの要望や相談内容の聞き取り
- 関係者への情報共有、連絡、日程調整
- 作業内容やスケジュールの整理・管理
- 会議で使用する資料作成の補助
- 外部ベンダーへの依頼内容確認や調整対応
などを行い、プロジェクトが滞りなく進むよう全体を支えます。
専門的なITスキルや知識は必須ではなく、
「相手の話を正確に受け取り、整理して伝える」
ことが重要になります。

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円
