Our client, a hotel in central Tokyo, is seeking a Conference & Events Manager to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events.

This role offers the opportunity to act as a brand ambassador and trusted partner, connecting internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.


仕事内容:
会議・イベントの企画・調整
顧客とのイベント計画の一次窓口
週次のバンケット・会議の打ち合わせを主催
AV機器サプライヤーとの調整
イベント後の正確な請求書発行と顧客確認
顧客と相談し、イベント要素の最適化
顧客へのフィードバック収集と次回機会のフォローアップ


応募資格:
日本語での読み書き・会話ができる方
イベント企画・管理の経験
社内外のチームとの強力な調整スキル
AV機器の調整経験
ホスピタリティ業界の基準に関する知識
