To supplement the resources of the team member who will be leaving the company, we would like to initiate recruitment for a new member.
The role of the new hire is expected to be similar to that of the departing employee, although not necessarily identical.
To secure an adequate handover period, we intend for the new hire to join the company well in advance to the employee's departure.

Responsible for the delivery of strategic business partnership in the designated areas of accountability, ensuring that VALUE for the patient is realized in an effective, efficient, ethical, and sustainable manner.
Supporting the Company in maintaining an effective compliance program and ensuring adherence to the Company's global compliance standards, as well as applicable local industry standards (e.g., the JPMA Code of Practice and MHLW Guidelines), by helping to ensure that all business activities are conducted with the highest sense of ethics and integrity.
Executing the effective implementation of the Company's global compliance standards, as well as the relevant local industry standards, and driving their adoption through strategic planning and effective communication, training, and monitoring of related policies, controls, and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or higher
High ethical standards appropriate for a compliance professional
At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences industry
Experience working in a risk-control function (e.g., Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit), supporting commercial operations
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions with various stakeholders

Experience living or working in an international environment (e.g., overseas study, expatriate assignment, or working with a non-Japanese manager)
