We're partnering with a high-growth, global climate intelligence and sustainability technology company that works with world-leading organisations to support better decision-making across environmental and carbon markets.
This is a senior, hands-on commercial role with ownership of enterprise growth across Japan and South Korea, combining strategic account development with new logo acquisition in a fast-scaling, mission-driven business.
The RoleDrive revenue growth across new and existing enterprise customers in Japan and South Korea
Own end-to-end, complex sales cycles, engaging and influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders
Lead with a consultative sales approach, deeply understanding customer priorities and aligning solutions to strategic, commercial, and sustainability goals
Act as a trusted advisor to executive teams, helping them navigate carbon markets and translate insight into business and impact value
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership to shape regional GTM strategy
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, building brand credibility and senior relationships in-market
Ideal Profile
10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, data, or climate/sustainability technology
Proven track record as a top-performing seller (top 5% / consistent over-quota performance)
Experience selling to senior stakeholders across sustainability, procurement, finance, or strategy functions is highly desirable
Strong hunter mentality, with excellence in pipeline creation, demand generation, and deal execution
Clear, confident communicator — able to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset
Fluent Japanese is essential; additional languages are a plus
