都市土木・宅地造成(施工)のスペシャリスト【三井不動産100%子会社/転勤無し/東京】
【仕事内容】
再開発ビル・商業施設・物流施設・リゾート施設等の開発プロジェクトの土木工事にかかるコスト・発注管理・建設管理・品質確保・施工・工程管理に関する推進支援役をして頂きます
【三井不動産100%子会社で安定性フレックス・リモート可・年休124日・月残業10H程度・案件の規模・技術共に国内随一/75歳まで長期キャリアを形成できる可能性有~発注者側に近い立場で案件を推進・サポート】
三井不動産の手掛ける再開発ビル・商業施設・物流施設・リゾート施設等の開発プロジェクトの土木工事にかかるコスト・発注管理・建設管理・品質確保・施工・工程管理に関する推進支援役
- 案件は東京都心部または全国のプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。

【雇用形態】
正社員<雇用形態>雇用形態は正社員です。※但し、定年は60歳到達年度末日であるため、60歳以降の方の雇用形態は「契約社員」でございます。※契約更新する場合も75歳到達年度末日までとし、以後の契約更新は如何を問わず行いません。

【年収・給与】
年収モデル:708万円~1,017万円月収モデル:475,400~561,500円※上記はあくまでモデルであり、年齢・経験・資格・スキルをふまえて会社規定で判断します。※上記年収には30時間分の固定残業代(93,580~110,530円)を含みます。※超過分については別途支給があります。賞与:年2回 (※「固定分」と「成績分」(成果貢献度を勘案して査定)から構成されております。):退職金制度:有(※但し、正社員のみに限る)管理職任用制度(昇格・昇給):有
