業務内容

新卒・中途採用における募集・採用業務および入社までの諸手続きを担当していただきます。

  • 新卒採用

新卒採用における各種イベント(合同説明会・インターンシップ・内定者研修・新卒研修他)の企画・実行、説明会における当社の説明など担当します。

  • 中途採用

中途採用戦略の立案・実行を担当します。市場動向を分析し、当社の採用計画を立案し、各種の施策を実施。

  • 入社手続き

採用が決定した候補者に対するオファーレターの作成、入社に向けた手続きを担当します。

  • システム導入に伴うGlobalとの調整

現在、導入が予定されているGlobalの人材システム導入に向けた主要メンバーとしてプロジェクトに参画します。

  • 四年制大学卒以上

【必須要件・スキル】 コミュニケーション能力: 社内外のメンバーと協同してプロジェクトを進めるため、高いコミュニケーション能力が必要 プレゼン能力: 会社説明会等で新卒等を対象に会社概要等の説明を行いますので、わかりやすく魅力的に伝える能が求められます 主体性: 限られたリソースで最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮する必要があるため、このポジションについては主体的に行動することが求められます 分析能力: 採用状況を分析し、次の戦略を立案する必要があります 英語力(東京勤務の場合。長崎勤務の方は不問) 【尚可要件・スキル】 採用活動(新卒・中途)への参画経験もしくは、人事系の業務経験
