お仕事内容

物流の司令塔として、トラックや貨物列車の

配車・運行管理をお任せします。

「事務」ですが、ただのデスクワークでは

ありません。パズルを組むような面白さが

あるお仕事です

配車業務(メイン業務)

  • お客様からの依頼(電話・メール・FAX)を

元に、どのトラックにどの荷物を載せるか

パズルのように組み合わせます。

「効率よく」「ドライバーに無理なく」

組めた時の達成感は格別です

ドライバーへの指示・調整

  • 決定したスケジュールをドライバーへ

伝達。時には「道が混んでいる」等の

状況に合わせて臨機応変に調整します。

データ入力・書類作成

  • 専用システムへの入力や、請求書作成

など。最初はPCスキルゼロでもOK

電源の入れ方から教えるので安心です。

現場サポート(拠点による)

  • JR貨物への積み込み立ち会いや、

フォークリフトでの軽作業など、

現場の空気を感じられる業務もあります。

配属先について

最初は本社にて1か月程度研修を受けたのち、

本人の希望や適性に合わせて決定します。

【1】神戸貨物ターミナル支店(鷹取)

貨物駅直結JR貨物との連携がメイン。

鉄道輸送というレアな物流に携われます。

事務作業と現場サポートのバランスが良く、

メリハリをつけて働けます。

【2】住吉浜支店

トラック輸送の拠点で、配車業務が中心。

「パズルが得意」「戦略を練るのが好き」

という方にピッタリ。活気ある職場です。

【スタート時基本給】

大卒 :20万200円~

高卒 :19万2200円~
