小学校1〜3年生に特化した

少人数制の放課後等デイサービス。

"ただ見守る"のではなく、

子どもたちが「自分でできる」力を少しずつ育てていく、

成長支援型の療育を大切にしています。

低学年は成長の伸びしろが大きく、

できることが増える喜びを一緒に味わいやすく

日々の成長が見れて、ヤリガイ抜群です

【お仕事内容 】

・児童の療育支援

・⽇常⽣活に必要なスキルの指導や補助

・送迎業務(AT⾞使⽤)

勤務時間・曜日:

平日/10:30~19:30

土曜・長期休暇期間/9:30~18:30

※休憩1時間あり

【1日の流れ】

10:30 出勤・朝礼

申送り、本日の子どもの様子・プログラム・送迎の確認。

11:00 打ち合わせ・研修・準備

支援会議/研修/イベント打合せなど。

12:00〜13:00 昼休憩

13:00 支援準備

プログラム準備、教材の用意など。

14:00〜17:30 サービス提供時間

17:30 片付け・記録

清掃、支援記録入力など。

19:00 終礼

1日の振り返り、保護者様からの連絡共有。

19:30 退勤(残業ほぼなし)
