<業務詳細>

今まさにDXを実現するための基幹システム刷新が進んでいる金融業界においてコンサルタントの立場で参画していただき、エンドユーザとの折衝メインで、プロジェクトリードを担っていただきます。

・新技術への刷新PJ

・数百億円規模の大規模プロジェクトを 経験できる機会は稀であり (20年~30年に一度と言われております)、エンジニアとしての市場価値が上がる絶好の機会となります

<具体的な仕事内容>

・プロジェクト計画

・要求分析

・要件定義/システム化検討支援

・基本設計・方式検討

・詳細設計~システムテストのマネジメント

・顧客向けの成果物説明、レビュー会の主催、QA管理

・プロジェクト管理(要員管理・進捗管理・品質管理・課題管理・不具合管理)

・保守案件におけるエンハンス開発の影響調査・対応計画 など

※手を動かしての実装(開発)は予定しておりません

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・ システム開発(新規開発・保守開発問わず)における要件定義~テスト~保守まで、全ての工程に携わったことのある方

※マネジメント有無、規模は不問

※金融業務知識も不問

■求めるマインド【必須】

・円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

【給与】

700万円~900万円
