仕事内容


リサイクル事業の営業として

建設工事の過程で必ず排出される

<廃棄物>に関わる契約や、

契約後のサポートを担当していただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

•

廃棄物の品目に関する質問対応

廃棄物の回収方法

(車種の選定など)の提案

既存顧客(スーパーゼネコン、

行政、建設事務所など)のフォロー

・プラスチックやガラス

・30メートルの大型タンク

・大量の木材

など、回収する廃棄物は様々。

回収の方法やルートなどをお客様に提案し

安全かつスムーズに廃棄できるよう

働きかけます。

初めてで戸惑う事もあるかもしれませんが

30代を中心とした先輩たちが

サポートしてくれるため、未経験からでも

安心してキャリアを築けます。

廃棄物に関する法律や処理方法など、

専門的なスキルや知識を

身につけながら成長できますよ

廃棄物で悩むお客様を支える仕事です。

既存顧客への提案が中心のため、無理な

売り込みによるストレスがありません。

1日5件前後の対応、車での移動が中心で

直行直帰も可能です。

営業エリアは一都三県が基本となります。

担当数:1人あたり30社~100社程度

※飛び込みやノルマはほぼありません

【1日のスケジュール例】

・08:30始業・内勤業務

売上チェック、見積書作成、

外勤準備など

・09:00外勤業務

建設現場・解体現場での

情報収集、既存顧客フォロー

・16:30帰社・内勤業務

依頼対応、日報作成など

・17:30以降帰宅

先輩に同行しながら、業務の流れや

業務の基礎知識、現場の様子、

お客様とのやりとりなどを学ぶ

OJT研修を実施します。

<3ヶ月以降>



先輩のサポート業務を担当し、徐々に

出来る事を増やしていきます。

<独り立ち>



業務に慣れてきた頃に担当業務を受け持ち

ますが、突然一人で対応するという事は

ありません。

先輩やチームがサポートしますので

分からない事はいつでも相談してください。

安心して業務に取り組めます。

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 32万9000円
