【仕事内容】

同社の法務担当として下記業務をお任せします。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・国内契約:売買、製造委託、ライセンス、共同事業、消化販売などの審査/作成

・国際契約(英文):玩具輸出販売、ライセンス、製造委託、代理店契約、不動産賃貸借などの審査/作成

・知的財産権(主に商標、意匠)の調査および侵害対応

・M&Aおよび組織再編に関する法務業務

・新規事業における契約スキームの企画業務

・売掛金回収不能防止策の策定/実行

・取引先倒産時の管財人等への対応

・海外の製品品質基準調査

・部門マネジメント 等

【応募資格】

以下いずれも必須

・事業会社での法務実務経験(10年以上目安)

・英文契約書の作成/審査経験(5年以上TOEIC 800以上目安)

780万円〜1200万円

年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額650000円〜 基本給650000円〜

管理監督者としての雇用のため、残業代支給対象外
