アジャイルなエンジニアリング組織になるために、マネジメントよりも自己管理できる組織作りに重点を置き、アジャイルソフトウェア開発の導入やプロジェクトのファシリテーション、ティーチング、コーチングなどを通して組織を支援していただきます。
単一のチームだけではなく、チームを取り巻くより大きな組織に対し、事業戦略を理解しつつパフォーマンスを最大限に引き出せるよう様々な活動を期待しております。
組織における開発プロセスの改善・改革の例としては、下記のような業務に着手していただきます。
・スクラムマスターもしくはアジャイルコーチとして開発チームのイネイブリング
・スクラムマスターの育成
・SPACEやFour Keysなどの手法による組織の開発生産性の分析
・システムコーチング
・他職種とのコミュニケーションと組織変革プロジェクトリード
・プロダクト開発組織における様々なナレッジのハブ
【求める人材】
■求めるスキル・経験【必須】
・アジャイルな開発手法やプラクティスを企業組織に導入した経験
・スクラムマスター / アジャイルコーチとしての2年以上の経験
・複数の規模・複雑度のプロジェクトを遂行した経験
・Web, Mobileアプリケーション開発・運用経験
