未経験スタート8割以上

資格取得費用は全額会社負担

【具体的な仕事内容】

・利用者さんの日常にそっと寄り添うお仕事

・「できた」を一緒に喜ぶサポート役

・外出や生活のサポートで笑顔をつくる役割

※最初は必ず先輩と一緒に訪問するので安心です

障がいをお持ちの方が安心して暮らせるように、日常生活や外出のお手伝いをするお仕事です。「訪問介護」とは、利用者様のご自宅に伺い、生活のサポートを行うことをいいます。

  • 生活のお手伝い(重度訪問介護)

利用者様のそばで一緒に過ごしながら、入浴・食事・トイレ・着替えなど日常生活をサポートします。(長時間のサポートが中心です)

  • 家事や身体介護(居宅介護)

・身体介護:入浴やトイレ、着替えのお手伝い

・家事援助:掃除、洗濯、調理、買い物代行など、暮らしを支えるサポート(1件は1時間程度です)

  • 外出の付き添い(移動支援)

通院や買い物の同行、散歩やレクリエーションなど外出時のサポートをします。

  • 移動のご案内(同行援護)

視覚障がいがあり一人での外出が難しい方に同行し、

移動時や外出先において必要な情報提供や移動援助を行います。

  • 外出サポート(行動援護)

知的障害や精神障害のある利用者様の外出時に同行して、危険がないようにサポートします。

【1日の流れ】

10:00 利用者さん宅へ直行(スマホでルート確認)

10:10 笑顔であいさつ・サポート開始

11:00 「ありがとう」をもらって次の予定へ

午後 学校・趣味・Wワークへ

【1週間の働き方イメージ】

・平日は学校終わりに2時間だけ

・土日はがっつり働いてしっかり稼ぐ

・テスト期間はシフト少なめもOK

完全希望制なので、プライベート優先で組めます。

東京23区対応自宅から通いやすいエリアで勤務できます。

〇 訪問時間の目安

・居宅介護:1件あたり約1時間

・重度訪問介護:1件あたり約5~7時間

24時間変形労働制

24時間内で1日1時間~勤務OK

(シフト例)

・08:00~12:00

・10:00~15:00

・21:00~翌1:00 など

勤務時間帯は相談OK「日勤のみ」「午後から3時間だけ」などお気軽にご相談くださいお子様の急な発熱や家庭の都合、Wワークとの兼ね合いなどシフトは臨機応変に対応可能です

基本給:時給 1400円 〜 2500円

※夜間帯の勤務に関しては労働基準法に準ずる。
