自動車もしくは
普通二輪以上のバイクを運転できる方

- 日勤のみのホームヘルパー(訪問支援)
ノルマなどはないので安心してください
数字に追われるような仕事は忘れて、
目の前の人を"笑顔"にしませんか。
障がいをお持ちの
利用者さんのお宅へ訪問し、
食事や入浴、着替えといった
日常生活全般や
服薬や医療機関受診の管理などの
サポートをお任せします。
身体障がい・精神障がい・難病の方など、
利用者さんのご状況は様々。
見守りのみが必要な方もいれば、
手足の麻痺で介護が
不可欠な方もいらっしゃいます。
利用者さんやご家族と向き合い、
支援を行うことで
心と心のつながりを感じることができ、
「自分が必要とされている」ことを
実感できる仕事です。

実際、先輩たちも7割以上が
未経験&無資格からの転職メンバー。
前職は、建設・飲食・営業・運送
・専業主婦などさまざま。

また、介護福祉士国家試験に向けた
直前短期集中講座の実施など、

先輩のとある「1日の流れ」をご紹介

自宅から現場へ直行。最初の訪問先へ
- 車やバイクなど交通手段は自由
- 開始時間はシフトによる(7‐12時)
- 1日3~5件訪問・各1~2h程

事務所へ戻って少し休憩したら、
先輩と午前中の振り返りや相談タイム。
- チャットでリアルタイム相談もOK
14:00
お昼休憩を済ませたら、
午後最初の訪問をスタート
16:00
利用者様の外出支援
- ガイドヘルパーとして公園や買い物へ
- 映画やアウトレットモールなど
場合によっては遠出をする日もあり
18:00
最後の訪問は、夕食後に利用者様と
就寝時間までのレクリエーションを担当。
- 就寝は基本21時(小さなお子様は20時)
- 基本的に夜勤・事務作業はほぼなし
- 支援記録作業は5~10分ほど
