職務内容 (Responsibilities)
このポジションは、当社の事業活動が国内外の法令、規制、および社内規則を遵守していることを確実にする上で、重要な役割を果たします。
1. 法規制対応および対外関係
監督当局との連携:
規制当局(例:金融庁など)との主要な連絡窓口として機能し、法的に要求される各種報告書の提出を正確かつ期限内に実施します。
照会対応:
当局からの照会事項に対し、関連部署と連携し、迅速かつ整合性の取れた回答を調整・作成します。
検査・監査対応:
社内および社外の監査、当局による立ち入り検査(インスペクション)の準備、文書化、および対応プロセスを専門的に支援します。
顧客対応管理:
お客様からの苦情・ご意見に関する対応プロセスを関係部署と密接に連携しながら管理・統制します。
2. 内部統制とポリシーの整備
社内規定の策定・改訂:
適用される法令・規制の要求事項に基づき、社内のコンプライアンス関連ポリシーおよび手続きを確立、見直し、適切に改訂します。
モニタリングと監督:
各部署の業務が、最新の社内手続きおよび規制基準に厳格に準拠しているかを継続的に監視・確認します。
データ管理:
個人情報保護プロトコルを含む、データ管理構造を確立し、維持します。
広告審査:
販売資料やマーケティング活動で使用される文書が、関連法規および自主規制に完全に適合しているかを審査します。
3. 実務コンプライアンス業務
金融犯罪対策:
マネー・ロンダリング対策(AML)およびテロ資金供与対策(CFT)規制に従い、厳格な顧客確認(KYC)手続きを実施します。
取引監視:
顧客の取引活動をモニタリングし、疑わしい取引の特定および適切な当局への届出(STR/不審取引報告)を行います。
契約管理:
外部ベンダーやパートナーとの契約書・合意書をコンプライアンス視点から審査、交渉、管理します。
助言提供:
他部署からのコンプライアンスに関する問い合わせに対し、的確な支援と指導を提供します。
4. 研修と啓発活動
研修プログラムの企画・実施:
全従業員を対象とした社内コンプライアンス研修プログラムを計画・設計し、実行します。
情報共有:
最新の規制改正動向を迅速に把握し、その変更点を社内の関係者に明確に伝達します。
啓発資料の作成:
コンプライアンス意識向上のための教育資材および情報リソースを開発・展開します。
応募資格
必須要件
学歴:
四年制大学卒業以上の学歴をお持ちの方。
職務経験:
金融機関におけるコンプライアンスまたは法務分野での2年以上の実務経験。
語学力:
ビジネスレベルの英語力(英語でのコミュニケーション機会があるため)。
PCスキル:
Microsoft Office製品(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)を円滑に使用できること。
歓迎要件
日本のリテール証券業務における業務経験またはコンプライアンス経験。
日本の証券業に関連する法令・規則に関する深い知識をお持ちの方。
規制当局への報告書提出や検査対応に関する経験と実績。

Compliance & Legal Specialist
Role Summary
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the Company's business activities strictly comply with domestic and international laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Regulatory Adherence and External Relations
Regulatory Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities (e.g., Financial Services Agency) and accurately and timely submit all legally required reports.
Inquiry Coordination:
Coordinate with relevant departments to formulate prompt and consistent responses to inquiries from regulatory bodies.
Audit and Inspection Support:
Professionally support the preparation, documentation, and response processes for internal and external audits and regulatory on-site inspections.
Customer Feedback Management:
Manage and control the process for handling customer complaints and feedback in close coordination with relevant departments.
- Internal Controls and Policy Development
Policy Establishment and Revision:
Establish, review, and appropriately revise internal compliance policies and procedures based on applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring and Oversight:
Continuously monitor and confirm that the activities of all departments strictly adhere to the latest internal procedures and regulatory standards.
Data Management:
Establish and maintain data management structures, including protocols for the protection of personal information.
Advertising Review:
Review sales materials and marketing documentation to ensure complete conformity with relevant laws and self-regulatory rules.
- Operational Compliance Activities
Financial Crime Prevention:
Conduct rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations.
Transaction Monitoring:
Monitor customer trading activities and perform appropriate identification and reporting of Suspicious Transactions (STR) to authorities.
Contract Management:
Review, negotiate, and manage contracts and agreements with external vendors and partners from a compliance perspective.
Advisory Support:
Provide accurate support and guidance regarding compliance inquiries from other internal departments.
- Training and Awareness
Training Program Execution:
Plan, design, and execute internal compliance training programs for all employees.
Information Dissemination:
Rapidly grasp the latest regulatory amendment trends and clearly communicate changes to relevant internal stakeholders.
Educational Resource Development:
Develop and deploy educational materials and information resources to enhance compliance awareness.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the Compliance or Legal field within a financial institution.
PC Skills:
Ability to smoothly utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Requirements
Previous experience in the operations or compliance field of the Japanese retail securities business.
Deep knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the securities business in Japan.
Experience and track record in preparing regulatory reports and managing regulatory examinations.
