\郵便局のアルバイト雇用の管理を行う部署にて、

事務スタッフのサポートをお願いします/

  • お仕事内容

①雇用管理AチームSV

・オペレーターからの質問対応

・オペレーターが実施する書類の審査、システム登録、審査に伴う架電の作業指示

・メール対応

・データ取込

・業務監督者のサポート など

  • 業務進捗により、オペレーター作業も一部対応あり

(オペレーターが実施する入力作業・架電対応など、研修の中で実施予定)

1月26日~2月6日は、TEL対応がメインとなります

②雇用管理BチームSV

・オペレーターからの質問対応

・オペレーターが実施する書類の審査、システム登録、審査に伴う架電の作業指示

・メール対応

・データ取込

・業務監督者のサポート など

  • 業務進捗により、オペレーター作業も一部対応あり

(オペレーターが実施する入力作業・架電対応など、研修の中で実施予定)

架電対応も多々発生予定です

<契約期間>

以下から選べます

①2026年1月13日(火)~3月31日(火)

②2026年2月2日(月)~4月24日(金)

※研修:①②共に、初日から4日間(時給・就業時間は同条件)

※繁忙期のため、残業・休日出勤をお願いする可能性があります

(残業は月15時間程度の可能性あり/時間外手当あり)

お弁当等が保存できる冷蔵庫や自販機等も設置されており、働きやすい環境となっています。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1350円

給与は月末締めの翌月24日の支払いです

通勤費は規程支給(日額上限:2600円)

時給1,350円×8h×20日=21万6000円
