【仕事内容】

私たちのチームでは、プラットフォームの信頼性を適切に制御することと、開発者の生産性を向上させることをミッションにしています。

この2つの目標を達成するために、Site Reliability Engineering と Platform Engineering の両面から取り組んでいます。

■Site Reliability Engineering

・サービスの担当開発チームと協力し、信頼性を適切に制御する取り組みを行う

・必要に応じてコストや開発スピードを優先しながら、ユーザーが安心して利用できる環境を提供するサービスの状態を把握しやすくするため、適切なモニタリングツールやプラットフォームを提供し、異常の早期検知と問題の根本原因の特定を可能にする

■Platform Engineering

・開発者が本来の開発業務に集中できるよう、必要なプラットフォームやツールを整備し、効率的に作業を進められる環境を提供する

・技術ドキュメントやベストプラクティスのガイドラインを整備し、情報へのアクセスを効率化することで、開発者の認知負荷を軽減する
