Q. どんな施設で働くの?

A. 耐震補強工事および再生建築「耐震Reビルド」事業を手がける企業で、ホテルや学校、工場など様々な建物の補修・補強工事に携わります。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 施工管理業務として、発注業務、協力業者との打ち合わせ・調整、施工図の作成とチェック、現場の安全・品質・工程・原価の管理、施工状況の記録・報告などを担当します。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 業界未経験の方を歓迎しており、入社後は数週間の研修で建築業界知識から安全管理の基本まで学べます。配属後も先輩社員がマンツーマンでフォローします。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥213,300 〜 ¥311,200は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥28,300(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

基本給: 月給213,100円~311,200円

固定残業代: 月2万8,300円~(20時間分、基本給に応じて変動) ※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給

・資格手当(一級建築士25,000円、一級建築施工管理技士10,000円、二級建築士10,000円、一級建築施工管理技士補5,000円、建築積算士3,000円、宅建士5,000円ほか多数)

・日帰出張日当:1,500円~

・宿泊日当:2,000円~

・役職手当(課長職75,000円、次長職90,000円、部長職110,000円)

・長期出張時帰省交通費(月2回まで)

・家族手当(配偶者10,000円、子1人につき5,000円)

・交通費(月上限50,000円)

昇給: あり

賞与: 年2回(2024年度実績:基本給の4ヶ月分)

年収例:

・650万円/東京在住、1級施工管理技士、28歳、中途入社1年目(月給43万円+手当+賞与)

・600万円/大阪在住、1級施工管理技士、30歳、中途入社1年目(月給41万円+手当+賞与)
