A. 創業37年の安定企業で、役員車運行管理を専門とする会社です。VIP対応に特化した高品質なサービスを提供しています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 企業役員の専属運転手として、ご自宅から会社までの送迎、各種外出時の運転、車両の点検・洗車などを行います。レクサス、クラウン、アルファード等の高級車を運転していただきます。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 入社後に運転サービス士としての基本教育を実施します。東京都認定の専門校による14時間の教育で、安全運転技能、サービス、礼節・マナーなどを習得できます。

A. 40代、50代の方も多数活躍中です。元タクシードライバーの方も歓迎しており、幅広い世代の方が働いています。年齢不問で、喫煙なさらない方を募集しています。

必須資格:

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・高卒以上

・喫煙なさらない方

特別なスキルは一切必要ございません。年齢も不問です。役員専属ドライバー経験者は歓迎いたしますが、未経験の方でもしっかりとフォローいたします。40代、50代の方も活躍中であり、幅広い世代の方が活躍しています。元々タクシードライバーのご経験をお持ちの方も歓迎です。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間: 9時00分~18時00分(月平均残業時間 50時間)

勤務曜日: 祝日を除く月~金

実際の業務時間は朝7時30分~夜間(会食の有無により19時~21時30分)となります。

休暇・休日:

・土曜日、日曜日、祝日(ただし、お客様によっては土・日・祝勤務になる場合あり)

・年間休日 121日

月給 350,000円~400,000円(正社員、保証給30万円※規定あり)

各種手当:

・走行手当 運行距離に応じて支給

社内教育制度:

入社後、経験の有無に関わらず運転サービス士としての基本教育を実施いたします。基本をしっかりマスターすることで、いざという時に臨機応変の対応ができ、質の高いサービス提供が可能になります。また、一般社団法人日本自動車運行管理協会主宰の東京都認定自家用自動車運転士専門校による教育(乗用車コース14時間)では、安全運転技能(実技)、サービス、日常点検(実技)、運転サービス士心得、礼節・マナーなどを習得します。さらに毎年4月に警視庁久松警察署交通課による安全運転講習会を実施し、最新の交通事故情勢や道路交通法改正についての教育指導を受けられます。

全社員24時間完全禁煙化を30年以上にわたり実施しており、常に快適な車内空間が保証されています。運転サービス士がお客様に寄り添ったサービスを自ら考え実行する社風があり、マニュアルを超える満足度の高いサービス提供を心がけています。プラス1運動として、各運転サービス士より日頃から実践しているサービス内容を報告してもらい、他の運転サービス士に情報共有することで、より快適なサービスを提供できるよう取り組んでいます。

車両管理サービス:

日常点検、洗車、清掃、ワックスがけ、給油・オイルなどの交換、定期点検、整備、車検対応など、ご利用になるお車の管理を当社で行います。

車両持ち帰り制度:

車両の持ち帰りが可能です(駐車場は会社が手配します)。

24時間サポート体制:

万が一の事故、体調不良、車両トラブルの際にも、緊急対策本部のスタッフと代務可能な運転サービス士が迅速かつ適切に対応いたします。事故の処理手続きや保険請求、修理依頼なども当社でお任せください。
