You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation for our industry-focused enterprise customers. With your technical expertise and industry acumen, you will help customers adopt Microsoft Azure Cloud, Modern Workplace solutions, and Microsoft Business Applications like Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of business and technology strategy, change management, and principled approaches to broad digital transformation challenges and opportunities.
We are seeking a technical leader with:
- 5+ years of related experience in technical sales leadership roles or consulting, managing high-performance technical sales teams.
- Digital transformation experience, disrupting customer and sales team mindsets by bringing innovative ideas showcasing Microsoft's unique value proposition.
- Cloud sales experience, strategic leadership driving results faster than competition in new markets/solution areas.
- A growth mindset, eagerness to learn and grow oneself while adapting to changes.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, cross-group collaboration, and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
Responsibilities
This role will provide you with:
- A forum to leverage your technical expertise and industry acumen.
- Authorization to make major disruptions and changes to the technical architecture to enable transformative industry solutions.
- An opportunity to drive customers to do business in new and transformational ways.
- The chance to inspire and lead teams of deep technology experts from the customer, partner, and Microsoft.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Deep expertise in our customer's business, knowledge of the markets they operate in, and Microsoft's capability to help them drive their digital transformation.
- A solid understanding of both business and technology strategy, change management, and principled approaches to broad digital transformation challenges and opportunities.
- Strong leadership and people skills, and the experience that drives innovation and customer value.
About the Salary
The estimated salary for this role is around $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
