・巻き爪・変形爪などのケア・補正

・タコ・ウオノメ・角質のフットケア

・お客様対応・受付

・簡単な事務作業やSNS更新

Q. 転職前はどんなことで悩んでいましたか?

ネイリストとして働く中で、常に新しいデザインや流行を追い続けることに疲れを感じていました。SNS投稿や集客も必須で、「技術以外のこと」に時間や気力を取られる毎日。年齢を重ねたときに、この働き方を続けられるのか不安もありました。

Q. この仕事に転職を決めた理由は?

一番の決め手は、「流行に左右されない」「結果で喜んでもらえる」という点です。爪を"きれいに見せる"だけでなく、「痛みがなくなった」「歩けるようになった」とお客様の生活そのものが変わる仕事に魅力を感じました。

Q. 実際に働いてみてどうですか?

正直、もっと早く知りたかったと思いました(笑)。「ありがとう」「来てよかった」と言われる機会が多く、今は仕事に対する充実感が全然違います。

Q. 研修や技術面の不安はありませんでしたか?

最初はありましたが、8日間の研修で基礎から丁寧に教えてもらえました。

技術はマニュアル化されていて再現性が高く、未経験でも"ちゃんと結果が出せる"ように設計されています。

今では自信を持ってお客様対応ができています。

ネイルは好きだけど、

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万8000円 〜 46万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
