・顧客ヒアリング

・商材提案

・企画立案

・受注後フォロー

【1日の流れ】

10:00 出社・朝礼

10:30 催事会場へ移動

11:00 販売活動スタート

12:00 ランチタイム

13:00 午後の販売活動

16:00 撤収作業・事務処理

19:00 帰社・日報作成

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間 〜 180時間

\ 働き方は個人の裁量にお任せ /

基本時間: 10:00~19:00(実働8h/休憩1h)

※月間総労働時間:160時間目安

休日休暇


土日休み可

基本の出勤日はありますが、当社は「成果」と「効率」を最重視して

スケジュールの調整はかなり自由です。

例:「来週は旅行に行きたいから今週頑張る」といったメリハリのある調整もOK

基本給:年俸 400万円 〜 1200万円

  • 入社1年目・主任(23歳) 年収550万円(月給30万円+インセンティブ+役職手当) ※未経験入社半年で主任へ昇格した実績あり

  • 入社3年目・課長(26歳) 年収850万円(月給50万円+インセンティブ+役職手当)

  • 入社5年目・部長(28歳) 年収1,200万円(月給60万円+インセンティブ+部門業績給)
