・自社製品をクライアント企業へカスタマイズ導入するプロジェクト部門の責任者(プロジェクト本部拡大に伴う部長ポジション)
・プロジェクト責任者の一人として、開発者のアサイン・支援・管理
・プロジェクト推進、開発視点での判断
同社のメインクライアントは、百貨店やアパレル、専門店などの小売流通業者で、最低数百億から1兆円ほどの売上規模の大手企業です。
数十万~数百万点の在庫を扱うような大規模Eコマースシステムを実現するには、決済、セキュリティ、UI、外部サービスとの連携などを考慮しなくてはなりません。
ShopifyやBASEなどSaaSでは実現できない、複雑で深い仕組みを提供できる数少ない会社として、多くのお問い合わせを頂戴しています。
こうした現場でのボトルネックをシステムによって解消する=顧客の経営課題の解決がミッションです。
【組織構成】
現状は現場の開発本部長を含め5~6名の1チームの組織となっています。
まずは本部長の傘下で業務をスタートいただき、ゆくゆくは2~3のプロジェクトを率いていただくイメージです。

【求める人材】
【必須】
・プロジェクトマネージャーとして、システム要件定義、開発、試験、リリース、保守運用の一貫した実務経験(3年以上)
・管理職としての経験(1年以上)
※ベンダーコントロールを含むプロジェクトディレクション能力があり、マネジメントを出来る方を求めております。
【尚可】
・ECやPOSなど、同社事業領域と重なる領域のシステム開発経験
・システム開発におけるコンサルティングもしくは営業経験
【給与】
年収:800万~1500万程度
月給制:月額833380円
給与:※前職を考慮し、話し合いを通じて納得できる形で決定
賞与:年2回(評価連動賞与0.5か月分/半期)
昇給:年2回

都営三田線「芝公園」駅徒歩4分、都営大江戸線「大門」駅徒歩4分
勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所
【勤務時間】
9時30分~18時30分(標準労働時間) ※フレックスタイム制あり
