【職務内容】
■自社製品をクライアント企業へカスタマイズ導入する部門の責任者(本部拡大に伴う部長ポジション)
■プロジェクト責任者の一人として、開発者のアサイン・支援・管理
■プロジェクト推進、開発視点での判断

▽大手企業の経営課題の解決
メインクライアントは、百貨店やアパレル、専門店などの小売流通業者で、最低数百億から1兆円ほどの売上規模の大手企業です。
数十万~数百万点の在庫を扱うような大規模Eコマースシステムを実現するには、決済、セキュリティ、UI、外部サービスとの連携などを考慮しなくてはなりません。
ShopifyやBASEなどSaaSでは実現できない、複雑で深い仕組みを提供できる数少ない会社として、多くのお問い合わせを頂戴しています。
こうした現場でのボトルネックをシステムによって解消する=顧客の経営課題の解決がミッションです。

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■プロジェクトマネージャーとして、システム要件定義,開発,試験,リリース,守運用の一貫した実務経験(3年以上)
■管理職としての経験(1年以上)
※ベンダーコントロールを含むプロジェクトディレクション能力があり、マネジメントを出来る方を求めております。
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■ECやPOSなど、同社事業領域と重なる領域のシステム開発経験
■システム開発におけるコンサルティングもしくは営業経験
