Senior Client Implementation Lead
We are looking for a Senior Client Implementation Lead to lead our client implementation projects, working closely with clients to design and deliver cultural transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aiding in the operations transformation of clients by leading client implementation projects, designing cultural programmes, and executing their delivery.
- Working with the Kraken Transformation Director to successfully navigate clients through Kraken transformation.
- Collaborating with the wider Kraken Technologies Implementation team and clients to develop and deliver a wider range of cultural transformation programmes.
Coaching and Workshop Delivery:
- Delivering coaching and mentorship to clients as part of their operational transformation journeys.
- Preparing and delivering workshop content for training groups and leadership development.
Requirements:
- Curiosity and initiative: ability to take the lead, make decisions, and drive projects forward.
- Time Management: able to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively plan time and prioritise tasks.
- Influential Communicator: comfortable communicating the Kraken way of thinking and providing updates on feature developments.
Preferred Skills:
- Business Transformation/BPR Expertise: proven track record in leading business process reengineering (BPR) and transformation projects.
- Organizational Development: expertise in organizational development, including enhancing structure, culture, and processes.
- Senior Stakeholder Management: demonstrated experience in managing and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Language Requirement:
- Native in Japanese and business level of English.
