営業行為なし・既存顧客対応のみ

土日祝休みでプライベートも充実

月収25万円以上も可能

【お仕事内容】

すでに保険にご加入いただいているお客様からの契約に関する問合せ対応をお願いします。

  • 主な内容

・引っ越しに伴う住所変更手続き

・解約手続き

・保険金の受け取り方法について

・契約内容の照会 など

トークスクリプトやマニュアルを見ながらご案内できるので安心です。

わからないことがあれば、すぐに管理者へ確認できる環境です。

※新規営業やノルマは一切ありません

【時間】

8:50~17:00(実働7時間10分/休憩60分)

※有給のリフレッシュ休憩あり。10分×4回の合計40分(午前2回・午後2回)

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1600円

  • 週払いOK(規定あり)

  • 時給:選択OK

・時給1600円(交通費含む)

・時給1500円(交通費/上限2万円まで支給)
