【 仕事内容 】

  • 人事総務部門のマネジメント業務

プレイングマネージャーとして、

採用・労務・総務の実務を担いつつ、

部署全体の管理・統括をお任せします。

経営層と連携し、

組織課題の解決にも取り組みます。

【 具体的な業務 】

  • 業務範囲・対象
  • 人事関連業務が約6割を占めます。

実務遂行に加え、業務フローの

改善や部下の指導も期待しています。

< 人事・労務管理 >

・採用計画の立案と実行

(人材紹介、媒体選定、面接対応)

・教育研修制度の企画・運用

・給与計算、社会保険手続の管理

・労働安全衛生管理、労務トラブル対応

< 総務・施設管理 >

・契約書管理、法務対応

・施設、設備の維持管理および

業者との折衝・契約締結

・リスクマネジメント(保険対応等)

< マネジメント業務 >

・部署の目標管理、進捗管理

・業務効率化の推進

・メンバーの育成、評価

・人事または総務の実務経験

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 32万円

固定残業代:なし

  • 昇給あり(入社2年目から対象)
