マーケティングチームに所属して、セールスチームと協業しながら2022年から診療報酬算定になったMRI超音波融合前立腺生検装置システム(UroNav)の導入活動

あなたの役割:

このポジションが影響を持つ重要な役割について

・マーケティングチームに所属して、セールスチームと協業しながらUroNavの提案、導入活動

・UroNav新規導入時の立ち上げ、安全使用に向けたオーガナイザー

・学会、セミナーなどの安全使用に向けたマーケティング活動

所属するマーケティングチーム

担当製品の海外のマーケティングチーム

全国のセールスチーム

導入ご施設、導入検討ご施設の泌尿器科医師、放射線科医師、診療放射線技師、用度課

このポジションを経て、どういった専門知識や能力開発が可能となるか:

・前立腺がんをはじめとするオンコロジー領域の専門性

・横断的な営業活動、マーケティング活動

・英語での海外とのコミュニケーション力

このポジションに求められる実務経験、スキル等:

・医療業界(「泌尿器科」であれば尚可)に関する知識、経験のある方

・医療業界での営業経験あるいはマーケティング業務経験

・複数年に渡り、年間目標の達成経験のある方

語学:

日本語:ネイティブレベル

英語:ビジネスレベルが望ましい

募集要項:

【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)
【就業場所】麻布台オフィス

変更の範囲:当社拠点全般。配置転換により当社拠点全般に異動の可能性あり
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:00~13:00
【休日】毎週土曜日(所定休日)/日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日~1月4日)

【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間(2年度~5年度 20日/6年度以降 25日 付与)、Care Leave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間) ほか
【時間外労働】あり みなし勤務時間制(事業場外労働制)

【給与】基本給 年収 650~950万円※30時間分のみなし勤務手当を含む※みなし勤務手当は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給します

【賞与】インセンティヴ
※インセンティヴは毎年3月の年1回支給(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり)
※年度途中入社者は、対象期間中日割計算あり

【加入保険】社会保険(厚生年金保険、健康保険)、労働保険(雇用保険、労災保険)

【退職金制度】退職一時金および確定拠出年金の2本立て
