The Program Specialist role is based in Japan and reports to the Program Manager, ResMed Japan.

You will work with commercial counterparts and cross functional team across the globe in Japan, Australia, Europe and US to enable and scale the use of the 1) New Program Business development for other business area such as sleep apnea, sleep wellness, 2) Product Management on sleep apnea related products. You would enjoy developing a deep understanding of our partners' current business processes, issues and challenges. You will take on tough complex projects and managing programs from inception to successful rollout. Very importantly, you love taking care of customer and our partners, helping them to understand the many benefits of our product, and getting patients using and loving Our product/service.

Let's talk about responsibilities


• New Customer/Partnership development activities project/program management through initial contact, proposal from Program Design through launch and post-implementation support.


• Classic implementation project management and relationship management. You guide our customers from Program Design through launch and post-implementation support.


• Manage your own work, while collaborating with and empowering fellow team members by providing relevant context on issues and tasks, and vetting deliverables for appropriateness and reasonable due dates.


• Keep cross-functional teams on track towards a goal; anticipate potential pitfalls and speak up if key deliverables are off track.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with health system counterparts.


• Speak with confidence, authority, and discernment as the voice of Propeller Health in calls and presentations with partners.


• Work to understand our partners' underlying business and program motivations, and unearth valuable information for the program's success.


• Share insights and feedback from customers to help improve our product.


• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, Regulatory, and Customer Experience to ensure Propeller meets all customer deliverables.

Let's Talk Qualifications And Experience


• Bachelor Degree in a Business/Science discipline with strong clinical or commercial background.


• At least 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role implementing programs


• Minimum 5yrs of healthcare experience.


• Excellent at task management, a strong communicator, and have an acumen for identifying and resolving roadblocks


• Strong communication and influencing skills both internally and externally


• Fiscal acumen to formulating business plans and project financials independently or with finance counter parts.


• Experienced in working in a cross-functional team environment serving multiple markets.


• Ability to work within a dynamic, agile commercial environment which is rapidly evolving


• Will need to anticipate changing organisational needs and work to competitive market pressures


• Relevant experience in software systems, solution selling and program management with an understanding of healthcare process and clinical workflow experience will be advantageous


• Role will need to travel up to 50% of the time. 90% domestic 10% international
