Job Title: Digital Platform Implementation Specialist
Company: Ophthalmology Solutions Inc.
With the aim of promoting the introduction of the digital platform (MARLO) to customers in the field of ophthalmology clinics, encouraging new prescriptions through MARLO, and preventing the outflow to other companies, we are looking for a Digital Platform Implementation Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of in-house training and support activities for facility personnel (Rep)
- Lead facility targeting and key action priorities with your sales manager
- Plan facility strategies for sales growth and new product introductions through MARLO
- Provide training to Reps on tool usage and proposal methods to enhance customer adoption
- Conduct new MARLO implementation activities
- Provide consulting proposals for CL business growth and new product introductions to prospective customers
- Provide training that meets the business needs of the facility after new deployment
- Offer consulting activities to improve the business of facilities where the system has been introduced
- Enhance internal communication and collaboration with various departments
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate solutions sales
- Comfortable with digital tools and effective communication with customers
- Strategic skills in logical thinking and practical approach
- Ability to influence decision-makers at different levels
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify, analyze, and prioritize demands
- High adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Strong motivation for achieving goals
- Intermediate PC skills including MS Office Suite applications
- Experience in business consulting and interest in healthcare digital transformation
