Your role
- arrange travel bookings, itineraries and entertainment
- support internal visitor to arrange access card entitlement, meeting room and temporary desk
- support to prepare materials and data analysis for meetings/forums/committees
- manage calendars including conference calls and meetings
- assist with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses
- support office administration such as ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics
- execute business risk management related activities such as arranging preapprovals and risk management report, coordinating internal risk assessment , handling staff onboarding/offboarding and managing personal information data base

- 会議/委員会資料やデータ準備の支援
- 社内外の会議日程の管理
- 経費精算関連業務支援

- 事務リスク関連全般(事前承認、リスク管理レポート作成、新入社員や退職者の手続き支援、個人情報管理)
- 社員からの電話及びメールによる問い合わせ対応(日本語、英語)

- successful administrative experience in a fast-paced enterprise
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- proactive in absorbing knowledge of digitalization
- attention to detail, well-organized and ability to take on multiple tasks
- comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
- proven written and verbal communication skills. native level Japanese and intermediate-business level English capabilities.
