Job Description
・Develop company wide strategy

  • Set Strategic iniaitive with the target and action plans
  • Set the project investment alloocation to align with company strategy
  • Develop the document for strategic narratives to report the Group
  • Communicate the company strategy to entire company

・Monitor and report status of execution of strategy

  • Monitor the status of strategic actions (milestones, KPIs) with each business unit
  • Manage issues and risk for the strategic initaitives
  • Running of ExCom sessions

・Research and report market (competitions)

  • Research and report market environment to ExCom (every Half year)

・Subsidiary management (ALJ/ADJ, and other AXA group companies)

  • Manage development of subsidiaries' strategy
  • Develop, manage, support to execute for group synergy initaitves

・New business development

  • Seek and develop strategic initiatives
  • Support for M&A opportunities

Selling Point

We are supporting ExCom (CxO level) to develop company strategy, and leading to execute AXA Japan's strategy "AXA Japan 2026". You can work closely with AXA Japan executives and AXA Group (Paris), and lead company wide transformation.

Job qualification

Required skill

・Strategic and logical thinking

・Negotiation and project management skills

・Advaced PPT/ Basic Excel skill

・Finance knowledge

・Japanese:Business level

・English (at least have an intention to keep improving )

・Intention and capability to proactively participate and discusss for new initiatives, and proposal for the transformation

Preferable skill

・Experience to work with executives (CxO level)

・Marketing, data analytics, presentation

・Financial service/ insurance finance knowledge

・Experienc in business planning department

・Experince to develp business partnership

・English (business level speaking)
