【職務内容】

当社が運営するサービス『toridori marketing』『toridori base』、新規サービスの開発、サービスの安定運用および改善業務をお任せします。サービス全体における価値を最大化し、今後のマルチプロダクトやグローバル展開を達成するために、プロダクトの力で貢献していただきます。経験のあるエンジニアとして、プロダクト開発部のWebアプリケーション開発をリードしていただきます。

【職務内容】

・『toridori marketing』『toridori base』の機能開発および新規プロダクトの開発

・プロダクトマネージャーと連携し、要件を設計・実装へ落とし込み、ユーザー理解を踏まえたスケーラブルなサービス像の提案・実装

・既存サービスの安定運用へのコミット

・チーム全体の生産性向上を目的としたDevOps/CI/CD基盤の設計・改善

・エンジニアブログやカンファレンス等を通じた業務内容・技術知見のアウトプット

【開発環境】・バックエンド ・フロントエンド:TypeScript/React ・インフラ:AWS ・その他:Datadog/Linear/GitHub

【求める人材】

・言語を問わず、5年以上のWebアプリケーション開発経験、またはそれに準ずるスキル

・下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・テックリードまたはEM(エンジニアリングマネージャー)の経験

・開発チームをリードし、サービス/コンポーネントの全体設計や技術選定を主体的に行った経験

・Webの動作原理やブラウザに関する理解、およびそれを説明できるスキル

・TypeScript+Reactを用いた開発経験、およびそれを説明できるスキル

・複雑な実装や新技術・新言語への迅速なキャッチアップ力

・組織内外における対面/文書での円滑なコミュニケーション能力

・リモートワーク環境下での自己管理能力と高い責任感

・toridoriのミッション・バリューへの共感

【歓迎】・TypeScript/Node.jsを用いたバックエンド開発経験・AWSやGCPなどのクラウドサービスに関する知識および実務経験・UI/UXデザインに対する理解・性能およびスケーラビリティを考慮したシステム設計の知識・経験

【給与】

年収800~1100万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
