株式会社メルディアリアルティ内の

コンタクトセンターサポート担当として、ご購入後のお客様対応を担当します。

<業務の流れ>

- お客様との契約締結現場への立ち会い、サポート

- 住宅ローン申し込みの書類作成サポートや提出手続き、案内業務

- 不動産登記に必要な書類の手続きや火災保険等の準備サポート

- 鍵の引渡しや最終チェックなどの現場対応

- 購入後のお客様対応(電話・メール等)やフォロー

- 契約後のデータ入力や書類整理、顧客管理といった事務全般

課長 800万円/35歳/月給45万円+賞与2回

主任 500万円/26歳/月給30万円+賞与2回

社員 380万円/22歳/月給30万円+賞与2回

・月給(固定残業代74,500円~/45h分含む)
