Department Overview

- Client sales representative for Japanese, Korean, and other industries   
We are providing integrated marketing support for Japanese beauty brands, consumer goods, and even lifestyle areas, starting with support for Korean cosmetics brands entering Japan.  
Multiplying SNS, influencer, video ad, and mass ad, we promote from strategy design to execution and analysis.  
We will work directly with domestic and overseas brands to realize trend-creating marketing by utilizing Rakuten's advertising and data base.   

- Sales for Rakuten Group Services   
Supporting promotions using SNS, influencers, and digital advertising across more than 100 Rakuten Group businesses. 
Combines advertising assets and data within the group, and plays a role in accelerating the growth of each service. 
This is a position that maximizes ad effectiveness for large-scale deals.   

- West Japan Sales  
Based in Osaka, support SNS marketing for companies in the West Japan area (Osaka, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu) and stores opening Rakuten Ichiba. 
Promote the growth of regional brands by utilizing YouTube and Instagram.

Position Details

- Client sales representative for Japanese, Korean, and other industries   

Responsible for planning and promoting integrated marketing strategies for clients, primarily in the beauty and lifestyle sectors, combining SNS, influencer marketing, video ads, and mass advertising. You will understand client challenges and brand strategies, design optimal communication plans, and consistently manage projects from proposal to execution and performance analysis.
Specifically, you will lead the entire project across various aspects, including coordination with domestic and international brand managers, casting of influencers and creators, production direction, and post-ad delivery analysis and improvement proposals. This role aims to maximize brand value and business results by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, planning, and production teams.

Responsible for proposing marketing strategies incorporating SNS and influencer initiatives to various businesses within the Rakuten Group. You will consistently handle plan design, operation, and performance analysis tailored to business challenges.
