<【急募】ウォーターPPPのプロジェクトマネージャー>

【募集背景】

・上下水道におけるPPP事業は、国策として推進されておりますが、"ウォーターPPP"推進に伴い、そのペースは今後さらに加速する見込みです。

・同社はPPP事業を伸長分野の一つと位置付け、トップクラスの実績を誇りますが、今後のさらなる案件増加に対応すべく、即戦力としてご活躍いただけるウォーターPPPのプロジェクトマネージャーを急募いたします。

【業務内容】

ウォーターPPPのプロジェクトマネジメントに伴う以下の業務を担当いただきます。

・上下水道に関する公共側の課題解決に関しての企画立案

・予算や人員の調整

・各種管理業務(スケジュール、コスト、リスク)

・ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、合意形成

【やりがい】

・W-PPPの先駆的事例に取り組むことで、上下水道のPPP事業を通じた、社会貢献度が高い業務に従事頂きます。また、キャリアアッププランとしては、その経験を生かした他の官民連携事業へのマネジメント業務に従事頂くことを想定しており、広く上下水道分(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

◆必須経験

水事業のプロジェクトマネジメント・総括管理等の経験

◆同社で活躍する転職者の出身業界・職種

・コンサルタント(上下水、廃棄物、建設、シンクタンク、監査法人等)

・プラントメーカー(機械、電気、エネルギー、鉄鋼、化学等)

・上下水道事業における運営管理、維持管理

・官公庁、地方自治体職員 等

◆活かせる資格(必須ではありません)

・技術士(種類不問)

・公害防止管理者(大気1種、水質1種)

・エネルギー管理士

・第三種電気主任技術者試験

・PMP 等(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
