【主な仕事内容】

コードアドベンチャー(プログラミング教室)

世界的にも有名な「マインクラフト」を使った小学生向けのプログラミング教室のインストラクターをしてもらいます。授業で使用する動画教材は、有名なYoutuber、いぬたぬき氏が開発しています。 子どもたちは、基本的には動画教材を使って自分たちで学習を進めます。インストラクターはその学習をサポートすることで、子どもたちのプログラミングスキルを伸ばしていく仕事です。

イングリッシュゲート(小学生向け英語教室/2024.4スタート)

小学校では楽しかった英語が中学校に入学した途端、「正確さ」を求められます。

その理由は英語のスペルや構文を曖昧なまま覚えてしまうことにあります。

イングリッシュゲートでは小学生のうちからマインクラフトの世界の中で楽しみながら英単語や構文を覚えられる仕組みとなっています。

★共に子供達はそれぞれのペースでPCで動画を見ながら授業を進めていくスタイルとなりますので、躓いた時にその原因を一緒に考え、答えを子供達が導き出せるようサポートするのが主な仕事です。

具体的には

・学習を進める小学生のサポート(コーチング的要素)

・うまく学習を進めている生徒を褒めてあげる

・送迎時に接する親御さんへの学習状況の報告・伝達

・お客様からのお問い合わせ内容共有(社内報告)

・周辺小学校の校門前でのチラシ配布 など

・SNSへの投稿、広報等

【安心体制】

オンラインゲーム、マインクラフトに関する知識や経験をお持ちの方はもちろん大歓迎ですが必須ではありません。また、プログラミングに関する知識も無くても大丈夫です。

動画教材を見ながら進めますので、あらかじめ、その日に教える範囲をスタッフ自身が学ぶようにしておけば、マイクラやプログラミングの知識がない方でも出来る仕事です。

ティーチングよりコーチングを重視しているため、本格的な「教える」業務はございませんが、塾講師アルバイトなどを志望される方にはマッチする仕事だと思われます。※一般的な塾講師バイトと比較すると業務量や業務の難易度は低いです。

勤務時間・曜日:

平日 16:30~19:30 (休憩時間 なし)

授業は17:00スタート× 2コマ(仮)

土日 09:30~16:30 (休憩時間 12:00~13:00)

授業は10:00スタート× AM2コマ、PM4コマ

シフト制、残業なし

開講曜日は月~土となっております。

無料体験会(土日開催)、ビラ配り(平日不定期)等もあるので、上記以外にも相談の上、採用後にシフトを調整させていただければと思います。

休暇・休日:

平日 16:30~19:30 (休憩時間 なし)

授業は17:00スタート× 2コマ(仮)

土日 09:30~16:30 (休憩時間 12:00~13:00)

給与:

交通費支給(月額上限15,000円) 但し 徒歩通勤または教室から1キロ圏内通勤の場合は無し
