Key Responsibilities
Project management for our packaged systems
Understand customer project expectations and communicate appropriately according to the situation
Prepare project-related documents (project plans, WBS, schedules, etc.)
Collaborate with local and global teams to manage tasks, resources, and issues
Identify and resolve issues and risks that arise during the project
Required Requirements
Experience managing multiple IT projects, with the communication and leadership skills to coordinate and advance the entire project, including the client team
High communication skills for defining requirements with customers
English proficiency sufficient for web conferencing and presentations in English
Desired Requirements
Experience implementing packaged systems
Experience implementing laboratory-related systems
System design and development experience
Understanding the business of quality control
Knowledge of computer system validation
Remote project management experience
Certifications:
PMP, etc.
