【職務内容】
健康経営に関するのプロジェクト・プロダクトマネージャーとして、様々な機能開発やグロース施策を牽引いただきます。
・プロダクト改善施策立案のための予備調査、データ解析、ユーザーインタビュー
・事業責任者やビジネス担当者とのコミュニケーション
・企画ドキュメント作成、仕様策定、UI案作成、システム要求定義
・デザイナー、エンジニアと協業しながらプロダクト開発の推進
・効果検証、KPI 計測
・その他、サービスグロースのための必要なさまざまな実務
■開発の流れ
・開発は職種横断のプロジェクトチームで担当サービス毎に週一回、新機能開発や既存機能の改善案を議論するMTGを行います。開発内容が決まったら、開発する機能ごとに職種横断のプロジェクトチームを作り、要件定義・開発、動作確認が終わったら、QAがテストケースを作成しテスト実行を行います。
・開発の優先順位は起案者の立場や役職に関係なく、提案された企画のROIで決定するなど建設的な議論を経て開発を行います
※ただし事業の戦略に関わる部分は必ずしもROIだけで判断しないケースもあります
