Mission,Overview of Role ミッション 主な役割:
- Drive the develop e-commerce business and consumer satisfaction on Direct E-commerce business.
- Responsible for DTC online channel strategy, operation, P&L which include and other stores on Marketplaces), by maximizing turnover, margin and profits.
- ダイレクトオンラインビジネスの成長ならびに顧客満足度の向上をドライブする。
- 自社ECサイトを含むDTCオンラインチャネル全体の戦略設計及び運営、損益に責任を持ち、売上、利益、収益率を最大化する。
Principal Responsibilities 主な業務:
・Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy across the entire DTC online channel,, work closely with cross-functional teams(marketing, operations, finance, IT, customer service) and external agency to unlock both revenue and profit opportunities
・Consult with the digital marketing team to plan and develop online business plans, establishing responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives
・Report weekly and monthly and quarterly hindsight results and progress against sales targets across all DTC online business
・Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives and push the business forward
・Responsible for the planning and execution of online store expansion
・Analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate across all device types
・Use data to evaluate ideas and continually improve the customer experience across the site
・Identify opportunities and prioritize work flow for the maximum impact on business growth by overseeing all project management related to site
・Be accountable for accurate sales planning and forecasting
・Guide and support team members to build a high-performing team.
・すべてのDTCオンラインチャネルの戦略を構築し、プランを実行・管理し、部門の枠を超えたチーム(マーケティング、運用、財務、IT、カスタマーサービス)および外部機関と緊密に連携して、売上と利益の両方の機会を開拓する
・デジタルマーケティングチームと協議し、オンラインビジネスプランを計画および作成し、目標を達成するための責任と手順を確立する
・週次、月次および四半期ごとの結果と、すべてのDTCオンラインビジネスの販売目標に対する進捗状況をレポートする
・業界動向を調査し、事業目標のギャップを埋め、事業を推進する機会を模索する
・オンラインストア拡大の企画・実行を担当する
・サイトの指標と関連データを分析して、すべてのデバイスタイプでコンバージョン率を向上させる機会を特定する
・データを使用してアイデアを評価し、サイト全体のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを継続的に改善する
・サイトに関連するすべてのプロジェクト管理を監督することにより、ビジネスの成長に最大の影響を与える機会を特定し、ワークフローに優先順位を付ける
・正確な販売計画と予測に責任を持つ
・チームメンバーを指導・育成しハイパフォーマンスを達成できる組織を作る
Qualification (experience, education, certification) 求める経験、学歴、資格:
・At least 5 years of relevant work experience in DTC online field
・University degree
・Proven track record
・People management experience
・公式オンラインショップに関連する実務経験5年以上
・4年制大学卒業者
・確かな実績
・ピープルマネジメントの経験
