  • Email correspondence: Writing and replying to emails in English for internal and external use.

2. Conversation and telephone correspondence (several times a month)

  • Telephone and conference calls: Communicating with overseas colleagues and business partners via telephone and online conferences
  • Visitor reception: Receiving and guiding English-speaking visitors

Main responsibilities

General job

  • Answering external phone calls
  • Refilling coffee drinks in the cafeteria, vending machine management
  • Toyama plant reception system management, Handling visitors (domestic and international customers)
  • Planning and organising internal events, get-togethers, various ceremonies, etc.(Several times a year)
  • Preparation and chairing of regular meetings (Town hall), etc.
  • Management of various welfare programmes: management of club activities, etc.
  • Conducting employee surveys

Procurement

  • Purchase of equipment through purchasing system (indirect purchasing office supplies, Askul Amazon)
  • Invoice processing (accounting and SAP) Equipment, annual fees, etc.
  • Annual indirect expenses budget application

Admin of travel

  • VISA and passport applications for overseas business travellers
  • Book to air and settlement of site dicrector's travel expenses

Other

  • Review Overtime and Pay leave
