ERP, SCM, CRMに関するIT分野でのプリセールス経験(10年以上)
経理業務、SCM、生産管理、CRM等の専門分野や得意分野における業務知識や経験があること。
ビジネス知識、スキル、行動に対して顧客の期待に応えられること。
受動的ではなく、積極的な方法で業界のベストプラクティスについて顧客に助言ができること。

学歴:

主な職務:
ソリューションアドバイザリーの観点からプリセールス活動に参加し、案件獲得に貢献する。
ERP、SCM、CRM関連領域に対するD365ソリューション導入に関するプリセールス活動をリードすること。
常にプロフェッショナルかつ積極的な態度でHSOを代表すること。
顧客のニーズや課題を深く理解し、最適なソリューションを設計・提案する。
市場動向の分析と競合他社の調査を行い、差別化提案を図る。
高度な技術的デモンストレーションの準備と実施を担当する。
顧客との技術的な打ち合わせやワークショップのファシリテーションを行う。
営業チームと連携し、提案書の作成およびプレゼンテーションをリードし、内容に責任を持つこと。
D365 F&O、CEプロジェクトの国際的なインプリメンテーションへの参加
顧客とコンサルタント会社のプロジェクトチームにとって信頼できるアドバイザーとなる
高品質で持続可能なビジネスおよびソフトウェア・アプリケーション・サービスの提供
HSOプロジェクトメソドロジーに従ってすべてのコンサルティングを提供し、プロジェクト計画に従ってすべてのソフトウェアアプリケーションを確実に実装すること
ビジネス/プロジェクトリスクを特定し、必要に応じて軽減または伝達する
公式・非公式に関係者に進捗状況を伝える

Dynamics 365 ERP導入ソリューション経験

Company Overview:


HSO Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of HSO, a Netherlands-headquartered IT services company that is a global Tier 1 partner of Microsoft.

We specialize in the implementation and operation of enterprise SaaS solutions with a focus on D365F&O, D365BC, and D365CE (Commerce).

Through Microsoft Solutions, we aim to optimize our clients' business processes by providing innovative solutions.


Role:
Senior Solution Architect and Pre-Sales


Work Hours:
40hours per week


Eligibility and Experience:
10+ years of pre-sales experience in IT related to ERP, SCM, CRM

Business knowledge and experience in areas of expertise related to accounting operations, SCM, production management, CRM, and other areas of specialization.

Must be able to meet customer expectations for business knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
Ability to advise clients on industry best practices in a proactive rather than passive manner.
Tolerant of diverse cultures and personalities, respectful of each other, and interested in new experiences and challenges.
Must be a team player and willing to work with the sales team to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Business communication in Japanese required.


Education Qualification:
University degree or higher (information technology, business, or related field)


Key Responsibilities:
Participate in pre-sales activities from a solution advisory perspective and contribute to deal acquisition.]
Lead pre-sales activities related to the implementation of D365 solutions for ERP, SCM and CRM related areas.
Represent HSO in a professional and positive manner at all times
To design and propose optimal solutions based on a deep understanding of the customer's needs.
Analyze market trends and research competitors to develop differentiation proposals.
Responsible for the preparation and execution of advanced technical demonstrations.
Facilitate technical meetings and workshops with clients.
Work with the sales team to lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and take responsibility for the content.
D365 Participation in international implementation of F&O and CE projects
Be a trusted advisor to clients and consultancy project teams
Provide high-quality, sustainable business and software application services
Provide all consulting according to the HSO Project Methodology and ensure implementation of all software applications according to the project plan
Identify business/project risks and mitigate or communicate as needed
Communicate progress to stakeholders formally and informally


Welcome conditions:
Project management and team lead experience
Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP implementation solutions
Experience with full-scale implementation projects in multiple countries
Ability to communicate in English at a business level.
Proactive consulting, business analyst, implementation, or product support experience related to Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Infor, Salesforce, Service Now, or business solutions
Technical certifications (e.g., including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, PMP, ITIL, etc.)
