事業拡大中の民間航空エンジン整備ビジネスの品質監査担当のお仕事です長期での事業拡大を目指しており、スペシャリストとして社内で長く活躍できます。
民間航空エンジン整備の事業を行うには、関連プロセスが各種規程や技術文書通りに行われていることを確認する必要があります。社内においてそれらの業務を担う、品質監査担当の業務となります。
ご入社後は、1~2年かけてOJT形式にて業務を習得して頂く予定です。
(採用後、半年~1年程度は鶴ヶ島工場にてOJT実施しします)
民間航空エンジン整備事業における監査に関する業務全般に執務。
品質監査員として、品質監査(内部、委託先 等)の対応
航空局など、外部組織から受ける監査時の社内監査制度・実績の説明対応
社内品質システムの維持・改善
品質関連の教育および各種活動支援

技術文書通りの作業が行われているかを確認する業務の担当
品質不適合の是正に関する活動の担当

【求める人材】
■応募資格(必須要件)
・航空産業(エアライン、装備品等製造会社、修理改造認定事業場)における品質保証、品質管理、監査業務の経験者 または 機械・装置等製造業における品質監査業務の経験者
・英語の読み書きが出来る方
■応募資格(歓迎要件)
・航空局での業務経験者
・必須条件の経験が5年以上あること
・英語での受け答えが可能な方(外部監査対応のため)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
