IHIは日本のジェットエンジン生産の60~70%を担うリーディングカンパニーです。当社の瑞穂工場と鶴ヶ島工場は民間航空機エンジン事業並びに防衛省向け航空機エンジン事業の製造・整備拠点となっております。本ポジションでは工場全体の生産計画(操業計画、人員計画等の数字に係る計画)を立案・推進頂き、工場の生産性向上を目的とした予実管理業務や生産管理体制の整備業務をご担当頂きます。当社の主要製造拠点のヒト・モノ・カネに関する進捗管理を行う非常に重要なポジションとなります。

職務内容

  • 瑞穂工場・鶴ヶ島工場における操業度計画、人員計画、部門費予算管理のとりまとめ

年度末に翌年度の利益計画を立て、顧客からのエンジン入荷予測をもとに必要な人員や予算を算出し、計画値に対して毎月の実績・進捗管理を行います。(各数字の管理はExcelを使用)日次、週次、月次等でデータ分析は行いますが、各部門への報告は月次単位で進捗報告を行っていただきます。

  • 工場の生産性向上計画の立案・推進

前年度末に立てた利益計画に対して乖離があった場合は各部門に確認を行い、歩留まりの原因を分析します。分析後、生産計画を利益計画通りに進めるため、現場・技術部門と連携を行い、作業改善策の立案と遂行支援を行っていただきます。各部門との連携にあたっては各部門の方々との信頼関係が重要です。その後、その作業改善によってどれだけ生産性が向上・改善したのかを利益計画に反映し、関係各所(部署、上層部等)に報告頂きます。

・工場運営の基幹業務に携わり、事業拡大に貢献することができる。

・多様な費目や複数部門との調整など、幅広い業務を積むことが可能。

・数字分析力・コミュニケーション力を活かし、成果が目に見える形で事業成長に反映することを味わうことができる。

・工場業績に関する数値を取りまとめる部門であるため、工場運営に関する数値などを理解することができる。

・民間工事、防衛省工事両方を取り扱うため、それぞれの特色や違いを理解できる。

  • 論理的思考力、課題設定力、関係構築力
  • 歩留まり・効率向上等に向けたデータ分析・予実管理等の経験(開発/生産/工場経理/サプライチェーン等、文理は不問)

歓迎要件

  • 生産工場での業績管理や生産管理業務のご経験

募集者 株式会社IHI

勤務時間 本社・事務所・研究所 8:30~17:30 (工場 8:00~17:00)

給与 経験・能力・年齢を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。

諸手当 超過勤務手当、通勤交通費支給等

昇給 年1回(4月)

賞与 年2回(6月・12月)

休日 年間125日、完全週休二日制(土・日)、祝日、夏期連休休暇,盆連休休暇、年末年始連休休暇

休暇 有給休暇(初年度より22日)、慶事休暇、特別休暇
