Purpose of Position

Mobility & Cyber Security領域における審査業務

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

審査員及び検証人は次の事を遂行する。

  • 認定基準及びBSIで定められた審査手順・指示に従い審査及び検証の確実な遂行。
  • 審査及び検証に必要な力量の継続的な改善の実施(勉強会への参加を含む)。
  • 割り当てられた業務(審査及び検証、講師、その他支援業務)の確実な遂行。
  • 上長の指示に従い、認定資格(P-コード、T-コード、C-コードなど)の取得及び維持。
  • 審査及び検証チームを代表して顧客及び当社内部の関係部署との調整・連絡・報告を行う。
  • 実習審査員及び実習検証人の教育及び監視。
  • BSIアンバサダーとして顧客の課題に対してBSIが支援できることを顧客へ紹介する。
  • 上述された責任を遂行するにあたり作成される文書・記録の維持

  • 各自のPDRに従う。

    • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • 過去15年間の就業経験の内、最低4年以上の自動車業界もしくはそれに準じる業界(電気電子、通信、航空宇宙等)における技術経験者(設計・開発)なお、設計・開発に加えて品質保証業務としての実務経験があれば歓迎
  • 技術者としての実務経験(電気、電子、ソフトウェア)
  • 学歴(大卒以上: 理系)
  • PCスキル(インターネット/ワード/エクセルを使った実務経験)
  • 英語力(ビジネス文書の読解)
  • コミュニケーション能力のある

    • 【備考】

    ・正社員: 認証機関での審査員としての活動経験ある場合は、正社員採用となります。(試用期間 あり)

    ・契約審査員:認証機関での審査員未経験の方は、有期雇用契約社員からのスタートとなります。

    その後、BSIで活動できる審査員としての資格を満たした方は有期雇用契約審査員から正社員に切り替えあり。

    (有期雇用契約期間中は、ボーナス(業績連動)、昇給 対象外です。)

    ~審査員になるまでのプロセス(審査員未経験者の場合)~

    ※ISO9001、PC(Production Certification)、IATF16949のすべてのプロダクトの資格取得を目指していただきますが、いずれか2つのプロダクトの資格を取得いただいた時点で正社員に切り替えとなります。(ご経験やスキルに基づきトレーニング計画を立てます。)

    【就業時間】

    9:00 ~ 17:30 (実働 7.5時間 / 休憩 60分)(残業 有)

    【休日】

    土日祝祭日、他、年末年始 (カレンダーによる)

    【選考プロセス】

    面接(2~3回)、最終面接前に、SPI(オンライン)の実施あり。
