【仕事内容】

立上げ期のBtoB向け人材育成サービス『AirCourse』のセールス部門に所属し、

パートナーセールスとして代理店や提携先の新規開拓と育成、

既存代理店やOEM提供先の関係構築及び販売促進活動をして頂きます。

適性と実績に応じて、新たな営業戦略策定、メンバー育成、

チームマネジメントを担っていただくことを期待しています。

取り扱っていただくプロダクトは現状下記3つです。

『AirCourse』…人材育成の悩みを解決する社員教育クラウドサービス

『AirCourse AIナレッジ』…2023年12月リリース、ナレッジ共有できる生成AIサービス

『STUDYing』…創業当時から成長し続けているオンライン通信資格講座

【具体的には】

・既存パートナー、OEM提供先企業の販売促進、案件パイプライン管理、問い合わせ対応

・パートナー候補の選定、商談、契約、オンボーディング、教育

・パートナへの販促施策の企画立案と実行

・社内関係部門との連携、プロダクト開発への機能要望案件ハンドリング、収益(PL)最適化の支援

・26年度後半から積極的なOEM提供先の新規開拓や販促活動を実施予定

【求める人材】

・ 法人向け新規営業経験(3年以上)

・ 法人向け代理店営業、アライアンス、チャネル開拓、OEMなど間接販売の営業経験(3年以上)

【歓迎】

・eラーニング、LMS、人材開発/研修事業に関わった経験

・法人向けSaaSの新規営業経験

・新規でパートナーセールス部門の立ち上げの経験

・パートナーセールスやOEMの間接販売の実績や成功経験があること

・営業チームやグループのマネジメント経験(プレイングマネージャーとしての経験歓迎)

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
