We are seeking a Senior Technology Consultant on behalf of our client, a world-leading consumer brand. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for the planning, configuration, and implementation of the software solutions that power their entire digital ecosystem.

This is not a back-room IT role. You will be a strategic partner, an expert technical advisor, and a hands-on project leader. You will analyze complex business demands and design individualized system solutions, blending strong technical acumen with high-level project management and consulting skills.

Deep eCommerce Systems Expertise: You are a true subject matter expert in digital commerce. You have a strong background working with enterprise-level eCommerce platforms and understand their architecture inside and out.

Order Management Mastery: You understand that a sale isn't complete until it's in the customer's hands. You have experience with the complex logic and integration of modern Order Management Systems (OMS).

Digital Platform & Project Leadership: You don't just understand the tech; you know how to deploy it. You have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional technology projects in a global environment.

Strategic Consulting & Collaboration: You are a strong communicator who can act as a trusted consultant to the business, translating their needs into technical realities and managing stakeholder relationships across the globe.

What You'll Accomplish

Be the Specialist: Act as the go-to expert for the eCom and digital platforms, providing detailed and specific advice to guide the organization's planning and operations.

Lead Business Analysis: Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities. You will design effective business solutions by improving or implementing new automated systems and processes.

Execute Critical Projects: Define, document, and manage technology projects (or key sub-projects) from start to finish, actively participating in all phases and managing risks, timelines, and budgets.

Define and Manage Requirements: Lead the process of scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements for complex digital initiatives. You will facilitate stakeholder input and ensure all requirements are traceable and formally agreed upon.

Build Global Relationships: Implement communication plans and manage relationships with global IT, eCom business units, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and manage resolutions.

Provide Technical Leadership: Get hands-on by assisting in software configuration, systems testing, and high-level application support. You will document faults, implement resolutions, and ensure peak performance.

Mentor and Lead: Provide clear direction and mentorship to team members and direct reports, manage team workload, and contribute to hiring decisions.

Qualifications For Success
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT.

At least 5 years of experience in a relevant area, specifically eCom and Digital Technology.

Strong, hands-on experience with major eCommerce platforms is essential. We are looking for candidates familiar with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SAP Hybris, Magento, Adobe Commerce, or large-scale, in-house custom-built systems.

Proven experience with integrated Order Management Systems (OMS).

A minimum of 2 years of experience in team management or a formal leadership role.

Demonstrated experience managing critical, cross-functional, and regional/global projects.

Core Skills
Proficient spoken and written command of English for global communication.

Strong technical acumen combined with strategic consulting abilities.

Excellent project management skills (familiar with both agile and plan-driven approaches).

Experience In Omni-channel Environments Is Highly Preferred.
A strong understanding of the global and regional market landscape.
